Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for auth and database, which is SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliant.
Do clients need to install the app to sign?+
No! Signers receive a link via WhatsApp or email and can sign directly in their browser. No app installation required.
How do I collect payments?+
On paid plans, we generate a Razorpay payment link for each invoice. Clients can pay via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet.
Can I use my own branding on invoices?+
Yes on Pro plan and above. You can add your business name, logo, GSTIN, and bank details to all invoices.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access to your existing data. Paid plan features revert to Free tier limits at the end of your billing period.
